I have contacted Consumer Cellular three times this week because I have been unable to text a photo. Each time I am prompted to change the APN settings and each time the setting is different.

They replaced the SIM card and I still cannot send a photo by text. Today 6/22/18, I was on the phone for an hour and was told that my phone is not compatible and that I would not be able to send photo's. It's odd, that while I was on the phone 6/21/2018 with a representative, I sent a photo. I am contacting AARP to question how they support such an awful cell phone company.

I can't believe it. When you want to use the chat service, your number 39 in line. When you call, your average wait time is 15-30 minutes. It's no wonder.

Everyone has problems with this company and has to call at least twice a week. Even then there is no resolve.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Assistance in transferring my phone from verizon.
