I am very unhappy with your service. I ordered service but was never able to fully use it.

I had to change the sim card 3 times in the first few days. I never got more than 1 bar of service. Now I am told that I need to pay $34 plus $5 for service.!!!!!!!!!!!! I could never complete a conversation - the service would drop the call.

My callers were so frustrated and so was I!!! how could you charge me??????? I went through so many trouble shooting with reps. I did not want to deal with it any more.

Please drop the $34+5 charge. The rep had me walk around in the front yard , back yard, each room in the house, this is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Consumer Cellular Pros: Customer service with trouble tried to help me, It was cheaper than our previous plan.
