Consumer Cellular - Un happy with there service and guarantee
I was a former customer with Consumer Cellular in 2011. I went to another carrier because of poor service connection and poor customer service.
I tried again with Consumer Cellular this year 2018. I was thinking that they have a 100% guarantee, money back if your not satisfied with there service for any reason. What it doesn't say that if you were a former customer they will not honor there guarantee . I called Consumer Cellular wanting to know why they were charging me .
I talked to a woman ,put on hold for five or six times, and she tried to confuse me about the charges. I asked why I was being charged one day for one amount and the next day for a different amount. I informed her that I was not satisfied with there service and wanted to speak to her supervisor or boss. I asked for there phone number but she refused to let me talk to her supervisor or boss and said there was no number that I could call to express my dissatisfaction with there service.
I am very dissatisfied with there customer service, there data service is little better than dial-up, and anywhere I went I never got more than two bars on my phone. I would caution anyone thinking of using there service since there service is in my opinion poor and there customer service is even worse than poor.
Spend a little more ,there are better service providers . If you buy cheap that's what your going to get,cheap.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $23.
Preferred solution: I don't think I will recieve a refund but I want others to know ahead of time about this company and there policies,services..

I tried five (5) times to sign up for this service. Each one ended with no sign up.
I bought a sim card from Target and tried to activate. They told me my credit was no good even though it's in the high 700's. Sounds like a good idea but I'm going to take my sim card back to Target for a refund. I have never seen anything worse than this.
It's a joke.
I even asked for a supervisor and just waited longer. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
