3 different reps tell u 3 different things to transfer your contacts from phone to sim. Turned out to be a huge fiasco having to use someone elses phone for the rep to give me instructions on how to do the transfer.
An hour and a half later my contacts are mixed between 2 phones and now my old phone has begun working and my new phone quit working to make calls, as if I had reactivated my old phone again.
Enough is enough and I am returning the new phone and trying to restore my customer contacts back into my old phone. WHAT A PAIN IN THE A--!
