Had a problem that could have been fixed by ANY HS school graduate. They don't have managers, and the clerks just repeat the same WRONG answer, word for word a million times.
Now I am getting a fake bill about a cancelled account with three phone numbers that don't answer. Also sent about ten email, also no response except robo emails, which I have now blocked. The headquarters phone number listed is a machine that demands the full name of the person you are calling, which they don't give out.
To Consumer Cellular: let this be the posting of the charge to answer your "collection agency" threat, on the wrong bill. I charge $10,000 plus attorney and court costs.
My collection agency will be in touch the day after I hear from your agency.
P.S. you waste money on advertising instead of supply decent service.
