Started their service and inserted their SIM card but they sent me a T-Mobile instead of an AT&T. Not a big deal just had to wait another 3-5 days and deal with several phones calls to this company.

I received the new SIM card but the card sent was for another number. I had to place 3 more calls to (1) remove the additional line they added to my account (2) have yet another card sent out. It has been 2 weeks since I have their service but using a SIM card that gets lousy service in my area. What a joke of a company.

This should be a class at the Harvard or Wharton Business school of how not to start a company. *** customers off is not a good thing!
