LONG HOLDS/LIES/FAKE REPAIRS/DISHONEST TERMS OF SALE/THEY DELAY RETURNS UNTIL YOUMIGHT HAVE SCRATCHED YOUR PHONE BUT IF YOU DID NOT SEE A SCRATCH -THEN DID THEY SCRATCH IT?

They are complete ripoff artists. They told me to send the phone back and I did.
They declined to give me a refund as they said the phone had deep scratches on it. Pure BS. Phone was in excellent condition but this is their way of ripping off a senior citizen.
They are a totally dishonest company and should be ashamed of themselves. This is once again a case of a big guy against a little guy and their bullying!!!!
