Be very careful my friend | Consumer Cellular review

I just tried to sign up w/ CC. They called and said they needed more information. So I sent it to them. Never heard anything back. Now they are saying it was blurry redo. Im pissed too. They say you can sign up at Target.Wrong !!! I went this morning was told they can't help either. They are a representative of CC right ??? This guy at Target got mad at me He didn't even try to help. What's goin on people??? I'm a senior now and they think they can walk all over us. I will kick his *** Smitty Smitty. Green Cove Springs.

I just brought my phone about a month ago. Every time it dies, it doesn't want to come back on. This time it's lying dead in the water.. I received an email from them, but it had the word president in the email & no address, so I'm not about to answer it. Other people would leave it charging over night.

May have a problem getting your problem resolved. | Consumer Cellular review from Clay, Kentucky

Needed a new phone and employees at Consumer Cellular were not permitted to place a new order because one order was holding. Had to go on line and order one myself. Maybe should get a discount for doing what Consumer Cellular employees should have been permitted to do to help me. Luckily I have internet and could do so. Some customers may not. Have a good day. Avoid PERIOD. | Consumer Cellular review

They lied to me several times, so I told them that I no longer wanted to sign up for their service. Then they sent a message to CenturyLink to port my number. That resulted in my landline being disconnected, and days trying to get the landline turned back on. Consumer Cellular is dishonest and vindictive.

we live in port charlotte fl and were to told we had to go to ft myers for help with our phone.we did and bought a new phone.when we got home we took the paper work and charge cord out. it was the wrong cord for that phone.we called the store we bought it and the clerk said we should go to a convient store to buy one that fits.he said it would cost about $3.00.we found on to fit for $21.39. it was late and the phone was needed for work at 7:30 in the morning. this is very unacceptable. we have been with this company for about 20 years.

problems all the time , when I call your company or go to target for help with issues I get no where just run arounds from untrained staff. Had to get a new phone from you because the other one I bought from you had major issues that your staff didn't know how to resolve. Now this new phone that I had activated last week is giving me problems but all I get is people at your company that have NO CLUE how to help I have asked for a supervisor to call me STILL waiting , now when I try to make a call other than to you my phone says no service call consumer customer service . REALLY NO ONE THERE KNOWS WHY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had my phone less then 24 hours and every time that I want to call someone I have to run back to Target and get the kid to reactivated the phone. I'm going back today and the scene that this 64 year old trucker is going to make will not be pretty. I work hard for my money and this is just another scam by some outfit ripping off older people.
