Consumer Cellular switched my plan back to Autoupdate and fixed my bill to what it should have been. Issue resolved

They don't have A email service for support anymore. They asked for a lot of personal data such as SS# bank ROUTING # And sold out there customers.

We have been a Consumer Cellular customer for seven years. We both have phones and I decided to upgrade my phone to Moto G7 Power.

After receiving phone I couldn't receive pics. They had to send me a new Sim card, took four days! This week I found sometime I could text and other times couldn't. Called customer service and they found the second Sim card they sent was not for the cell towers in my area so they would send another card, approx.

three days!

I asked them to please send it over-night and was told that is not their policy, but I could go purchase a new card locally! I told them I didn't but the phone locally I bought it from Consumer and I shouldn't have to wait three to four days, and this is Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I SPENT SEVERAL HOURS TRYING TO GET SERVICE FROM CC. THEY CHANGED MY NUMBER AND THEN NOTIFIED ME THE FORWARDING ACCOUNT NUMBER WAS WRONG AND LEFT ME WITH NO SERVICE. I WAS TRYING TO SAVE $15. NIGHTMARE. THEY CAPTURED MY NUMBER AND I HADE SEVERAL HOURS OF CALLS TRYING TO RESTORE SERVICE. NOT RECCOMMENDED! JD POWERS OR NOT THEY SUCK

So consumer cellar Bought a JD powers trophy. ( laughable) I hope people get wise about consumer cellar.

They need to be investigated.

And all licenses taken away. & charged with fraud.

Why waste time with a cell phone company that doesn't work for you or your mother? Give mom a cell phone and service from a better company, eg., Verizon, etal.

There is no reason to be constantly frustrated by a cell phone that doesn't work well, if at all. Spend the money to get mom something better.

The phone charger on my new phone never worked properly. Finally after two months of plating around with it I called CC. They said the charger is good for only 30 days. I thought that was ridiculous to back your product for only 30 days. They wanted $25 for a new one. I hung up.
