Consumer Cellular is not available except Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and closed on weekend and holidays. The website is really dificult to make changes to...

We had been customers for about 9years, Over those years our service had been good up until a year ago at which time it has really declined. Dropped calls, no service, etc. so we decided to switch to another service. When we tried to switch today we were told we couldn't switch my wifes phone since we needed to wait 180 days since her phone was bought in august which paid for in full when it was purchased. It is our phone and we should be able to use where ever we want.

My phone was stolen. I got a hold of customer service (chat) ,I suspended my service, and ordered a new phone. Asked what I had to do to re-activate my service, and was told when I got my phone just dial 611 that's all.I got my phone charged it, and dialed 611 Nothing. Went on chat and was told I had to call them to reactivate my service. How can you call them when you don't have an activated phone.

I ordered the Dora phone and the first time I wanted to charge the phone the charger did not work. After about 6 months of using the Dora phone, every time I entered a digit the phone duplicated the same digit numerous times. I talked to customer service wanting to upgrade to a better and more reliable phone; they refused. Even though I have a warranty for the Dora phone until February of 2020, they would not give me any credit toward the Dora. I returned the Dora and I am now out of $54 which is what I paid for that piece of crap. The last time I checked they are selling the Dora for $24. Wonder why!!!!

sTAY AWAY FROM THEM SENT ME ONE WORKED TWO DAYS AND WANT ME TO PAY MONTH PLUS LATE CHARGES WHEN OLD THEM WOOULD NOT PAY IT. Have their unit yet so can not sent it to some pother person as suspect they do.

Been trying to pay my bill 3 days, unsuccessfully. Customer service, poor. Been to Target, twice in Jonesboro, Arkansas no one on duty for service. Customer service, forty-five -minute drive for me. representatives have little to no knowledge of phone services to assist customer when CC call on phone for services. Do I need to change telephone service? All lie about monthly prices. They quit one price and steady rain prices every 2-3 months, price continually rise. Not surprised about January 2020 height. Social security raise Medicare took their part and CC took their part also. What a rip off from senior citizen. We, as Seniors get no respect!
