I’ve contacted them since I got these POS phones last November. They suck, their service sucks. And their call center isn’t even open until 70 year olds eat dinner. ***

Consumer Cellular - Cannot connect, call or chat
Had trouble connecting to the internet outside of my home...drive the DC area, no coverage. Go to Haper's Ferry w va and cannot connect even though two people with me , using another carrier, can connect. Call during business hours and no operators are available; chat was dropped after I had waited for 62 callers ahead of me and then was dropped while they looked up my account.
