I have heard nothing but frustration by mostly baby boomers, that have fallen for the nostalgia gimmicks used in their ads.Most boomers have no idea what the specs reveal about what they are buying.

Consumer Cellular - God help me as I just got screwed.

Consumer Cellular switched my plan back to Autoupdate and fixed my bill to what it should have been. Issue resolved

Consumer Cellular is not available except Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and closed on weekend and holidays. The website is really dificult to make changes to...

No one works there

I wanted to switch from my existing cell company to Consumer Cellular because of a savings of $25 a month. I purchased a new phone from Consumer Cellular, and now I'm ready to switch over. Try getting a person on the phone to help you. I'm a senior citizen and should have known better. You usually get what you pay for.

User's recommendation: Stay with the big boys for better service. It's well worth it.

Poor service

I was compelled to buy a new phone that failed to work after 20 calls to Consumer Cellular. They are polite but simply do not know what to do and have insufficient staff. Furthermore, their service is almost non-existent in Pennsylvania.

User's recommendation: pick someone else. Nice is not enough. Polite service techs are useless.

Cel number locked

On 9/11 CC sent me an email stating my xxx-4607 plan was locked due to excessive data usage. I dont know how 20 gb of data was used on 9/11. This has not occurred before. I called CC two times in the next several days and was told they would not unlock my cel line. I know I use lots of data and always go over 35gb. But CC always moves me up 10gb at a time until I get to 55gb. This month the cel line was locked at 50.2 FB and I could not use the remainder data.

You people have cut me off.

The same day I paid y bill, I tried to activate my new upgrade phone. Your representative attempted to activate my sim card, cut off my old phone, and did not activate my new one. I have no access on either phone and have no other alternative communication methods, I am extremely angry, frustrated,Don't fall for the upgrade offer,DON'T FALL FOR THE and disappointed. If I have to go buy a "burner" phone It will be even worse, since I am too ill to drive anywhere and the nearest place to do that is 40 miles away. Your representative had my phone number and my email and could have gotten back in touch with me, Terrible service!!

I need help with my phone problem and have been able to get none so I come to you and you want me to dial a number. IF I could dial a number I would NOT need your help!!!!

I need service help. I live around 25 miles from nearest Target with functioning CC. I am 80 years old, do not have a car and cannot afford the 70 an Uber ride would cost to go to Target. I like my phone. I like the plan. But this kind of BS totally infuriates me. Is there anyone on the west side of Portland who can assist me?

Worst cell phone experienced of my life !!!!!!

Bought a "new" flip phone from this organization . phone did not work @!!! People could not understand me ! Called their Customer no service people . They could not understand me ! I could not believe after numerous calls from these people they didn't understand the phone did not work after they also could not understand me !

Service needed

We have tried to get your help all month - even leaving a call back number - no call - we live very rural - to far from a Target store - plus we are seniors - by husband accidently "locked his cell phone" you were unable to help us - therefore we may as well cancel his cellphone #-719/417-**** - we been paying for this phone for a long time.- unable to use - is there any way we could send it to you for service. Lack of customer service and other related issues

my dara flip phone has many issues, so have others, as the phone is no longer offered. no service in mountain view, arkansas, even tho i checked, befor leaving verzion. my wife is in florida, with her mom, and has to go outside the home, to use it. her mom is with verzion. c/s offered me to buy a new phone. what would you do?

The flip top phones are not designed to accommodate replace emend of a battery. If you want to continue with their service you have to replace the phone every year or 18 months. Unsustainable!

Battery replacement non-existent - poor value, poor design and poor customer service with long wait times on phone or chats on line. Needless to say poor respect for environment with these useless plastic phones.

User's recommendation: Don't buy a flip-top if you care about the environment with these plastic devices that do not biodegrade.

Updating my credit card billing information

Because phoning your customer service is futile, I hope I can update my credit card info this way. My old Chase Visa AARP card is now inactive and I have a new Barclays AARP Mastercard which needs to be my form of payment for your cellular service. I do not know if it is secure to give you my card info in an email such as this. Would you kindly respond and tell me what to do about this?!

Consumer Cellular service Stinks!!

This company has the most terrible service!! It as though they enjoy helping you waste your time trying to get in touch with them. They enjoy punishing customers by making them waste hours of their precious time to simply get them on the phone!! This probably the most ROTTEN UNCARING company I have ever done business with!! Simply be prepared to be treated like *** if you still want to use them them! themr un ser

Worst company out there

After weeks of no service, calling up multiple times speaking to five different reps including tech calling Apple about the phone and then going back to them, I was told I can cancel my plan and return my phone, but they made sure not to help me in time that I would be able to send the phone back Im on SSD I had no service for weeks, got charged for data that my phone roamed to find a signal, now Im stuck paying $799 for a phone thats brand new but I could barely use because I had no signal, and the supervisor Sheanie told me dont sell it Id be deceiving people its only good consumer cellul
