Consumer Cellular - Policy needs to be reviewed for customers who die

Account holder passed away at the end of October 2016. Had an iPhone 6S that still had a balance to be paid. As administrator of the estate attempted to return iPhone. Consumer Cellular does not accept phone returns after 45 days - no matter the reason. Account was closed but still had balance for phone. How can a dead person use a phone? Requires password to get in - don't know it. Can't wipe phone no matter what is tried. Phone is useless. Have a book of papers containing communication with them. Account went to collection agency. They are useless. Same with them. No returned calls, etc. Keep adding interest to amount due. Said amount can't be written off either. Trying to settle estate and get help with this is redundant.

Consumer Cellular - Great company

Had an issue with having a phone number transferred. Ended up talking to three different customer service people. They all went above and beyond to help with the transfer and all were super nice and helpful. Thank you so much. Love the service and the people.

Consumer Cellular - Billed for a phone with no signal was told to get newer phone tried that still no signal not once did they contact me to ask if phone was working yet when i got the last letter i tried to tell them

to cancel subscription I left this in their mess three times causer I was busy didnt have time to sit around wait for them to answer call I messaged them three times telling them to cancel that should of been the end of it then weeks later I get a letter cause they cant access auto pay how is this not extortion

Consumer Cellular - Bad !did not keep service

I had a small plan with limited data,my data kept going up when i had it shut off ,i called to complain ,i was tould i owe 80.00 ,but they would forget it,if i got a larger plan,so i quit,and they sent me a 140.00 bill for the first month that was suppost to be free,in reality i might owe 10.00
