I recieved a huawei 4g phone to replace our 2g phones. I called consumer cellular and wanted to replace my 2g phone 469-964-****.

I was informed at that time in the future the 2g phones were phased out, I therefore odered a 3g phone to replace it. I reentered the contacts by hand because the sim card had to be replaced. I received a 4g replacement, but no information as to what phone number it was for. My daughter set the phone up for 1938, which I was told by consumer cellular that we couldn't do that because the phone was set up for 1940, but consumer cellular assisted us to do it.

Now I am dissatisfied that I am going to have to go through this routine again, due to CC lack of communication. I hope you don't do this to anyone else

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: I need to change the new phone from 469-964-1938 to 469-964-1940 easiest for me..
