Purchased MotoG phone through Consumer Cellular. Less than a year after purchase the phone stopped charging.
Contacted CC and after long hold was able to talk to a person about phone. Customer rep said that as long as the phone and screen we're not damaged I could return the phone for replacement. CC returned damaged phone and said the screen had deep scratches on the screen and would not honor return. As such they we're going to charge me for new phone.
Spoke to 3 reps from CC and they all said the same thing. Fake empathy and not willing to budge from policy. The screen did not have deep scratches, as reported by them. Besides the phone was sent defective.
I am not happy with their customer service, poor connection service, and ridiculous return policy. Will be looking for better phone service options.
