My mother and step father, too, have joined the ranks of those who have no phone service despite all accounts being fully paid.
This is the FIRST time this has happened to my parents in the twenty years (approximately) of service provision - an anomaly to be sure ?

In order to get your phones working, unplug landlines and leave unplugged for 10 minutes. Turn off cell phones and allow these to remain off for at least the same amount of time to re-boot the device.
You have ALL received a message that is an error. It is being worked on, frantically, as I type.
Reason of review: Landline and cell phone not working and am receiving an 'account balance' message that is in error..

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
I liked: Customer service rep was very polite and apologetic, Great service from friendly individuals.
I didn't like: Phone lines are down, Poor service.
