When I went to make a call at 7:45 AM (EST) I got a message that said I'd run out of time and needed to make a payment. Knowing that this was not true, I went to their website which said my payment is due 12-26-18.
Their chat is down; hours are between 7 AM and 5 PM (PST).
I went to a neighbor and used her phone to call 888-345-5509 - the recording said the number was not in service. I have no idea what is going on!!!
