My phone will not work to call out, receive call or text message. I am getting an error message that I don't have adequate account balance.

This is an incorrect error message, as my account is paid in full. Also, your phones are not working when I try to call on another line.

What is going on? Has my account been hacked?

Here in N.E. Illinois, having identical issues.

Have Consumer Cellular for BOTH Landline and Cell Phone. When trying to dial out get recorded message that says "our Account Balance is TOO LOW "- and when others try and call in, they get message stating "the person you are calling cannot accept your call."
