Before embarking on a trip to domican republic I contacted consumer cellular about calling from this country. I was sent a chip and upon arrival One phone worked for one or two days then nothing.
I was forced to purchase a Claro (local). I still can not contact you because all 800,888, or any other free call is blocked. I can not even log on to my account so far. please contact me by e-mail as their is no guarantee that you can reach me by my local phone (809-651-0976) If you can email me a copy of my most recent bill would be great.
Also, can I suspend my services for February and march and retain my numbers?
