No service. Phones do not work.

Can't turn off flashlight and was told to smash the bulb , Are they nuts? Can't return the phones although they are screwed up--each one is different although model and purchase date are the same. Was told I had a 30 or 40 day warranty--now told it is a year but I have already canceled the service. Cost for phone and retrieval of my contact list--about $200.

Yes--they are nuts. I went into Target so often I thought I would have to start paying rent. Next.t I will deal with Target management.

Nothing is this hard. Maybe we didn't get to the moon.

My phone stopped working around August 29th, with the DATA button stuck in the ON position. I cancelled service August 31st and gave up my long-time phone number, went with another carrier.

I can't wait to see how much I owe for not using my (unusable) cell phone. Not happy.
