I am very pissed with CC excessive/aggressive billing and their irresponsible, unknowledgeable reps, who, if you can reach them, just add insults to the injury. So, l filed a complaint with FCC and that was the only "tool" that produced the results I was trying to achieve!

People, please, understand - there ARE no good companies left anymore! They all are the same - out to rip off their customers - so, it is OUR JOB to protect ourselves and stand up for OUR RIGHTS! Don't just vent your frustrations here - file complaints!

There are authorities in charge like FCC, Customer Protection Agency, Consumer Union and more! And remember the #1 rule that made American service great - "CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT"

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Excessive billing, Hold times, Your customer service by phone.
