Consumer Cellular - Got screwed with Dora phone

Being a senior and living alone, a phone is my only lifeline. This phone is known for double or triple digets when trying to access messages or trying to call out. One always has to backspace in trying to enter a number. Even though I supposedly have a warranty for the phone through February, they will not honor a credit or refund. Consumer Cellular insists I get the phone replaced. This phone is such a piece of crap, I do not trust the phone in case of an emergency. There should be a law against selling this piece of garbage. Very disgusted with the company. Will terminate my service.

Consumer Cellular in Pella, Iowa - Cell phone experience goes back to the stone age

First, the phone I have is just junk. It locks up a lot and just plain doesn't work all the time. The battery life is awful. As far as the service coverage, I live in eastern Iowa and it is terrible. I will sit here for hours at home with no service. When I call to complain, the people are nice enough, but those calls get dropped also and no one calls me back. I really think this company is a joke. As soon as I can find another I am switching.

Consumer Cellular in Athens, Georgia - Cellular Network and internet site both nonfunctional

Noticed it when my wife tried to call me on their network today 12/6/18. Her phone said there not enough credits, but our bill is fully paid as always. My phone and my son's phone were dead also. Two hours later it now works, but their internet site is still down.
