Been trying to pay my bill 3 days, unsuccessfully. Customer service, poor. Been to Target, twice in Jonesboro, Arkansas no one on duty for service. Customer service, forty-five -minute drive for me. representatives have little to no knowledge of phone services to assist customer when CC call on phone for services. Do I need to change telephone service? All lie about monthly prices. They quit one price and steady rain prices every 2-3 months, price continually rise. Not surprised about January 2020 height. Social security raise Medicare took their part and CC took their part also. What a rip off from senior citizen. We, as Seniors get no respect!

Called customer service to get new sim cards . The lady said they would be sent out . We called back after 7 days and a We are very person said they have not been sent out. We have been with them for 8 years. We are very disappointed.

Consumer cellular is a binding contract

Watch the TRICKY Wording CONSUMER CELLAR,use to pull you in. They want your social security # So they can Legally put you in a binding ** ***CONTRACT ** plan. Enforceable by Law!! BE AWARE OF THIS!! They have A 2.00 cost to look at your bill, & You will ,No matter what you do get stuck with a late charge. So they can report you As a late pay to Equifax ! Do not use this service, (The complaints are in the thousands now.) They have/use corporate lawyers To carry your SS# to credit agencies making this all appear Normal . # Don't drink the koolaid! And don't fall for a scheme thats a binding contract Thats supposed to be A *No Contract*! # scam # illegal # disgraceful #Enough is Enough & Any Fisher price Phone would work as well as consumer cellar.

I live on the East Coast. Why do I have to wait until 7 AM Pacific time to call to troubleshoot my non working phone. I was sick and needed to call two hours before my shift. I got up at 8 AM to call and I had no cell phone service. I finally reached them at 10 AM and they quickly fixed my problem. This is unacceptable. What if I had an emergency! There should be 24/7 access to customer service.
