I've been trying to get a new sim card for my cc phone, bu cc insists I use a cell phone that isn't working because my sim card is not being recognized. I tried to contact them via email but they refused to do so, insisting I use my cell phone. This is unbelievably aggravating. Horrible customer support. They also upgrade your billing but won'tr lower rates curing those times you hardly use their service.

I live on the East Coast. Why do I have to wait until 7 AM Pacific time to call to troubleshoot my non working phone. I was sick and needed to call two hours before my shift. I got up at 8 AM to call and I had no cell phone service. I finally reached them at 10 AM and they quickly fixed my problem. This is unacceptable. What if I had an emergency! There should be 24/7 access to customer service.
