Consumer Cellular - Bad customer service expierence

Bought new phone and requested SIM card be mailed to me. Never came called and requested it again expedited. Supervisor denied request. Few months back added a line. They sent incompatible phone I had to return. Not happy customer. Not my fault they didn’t ship SIM card.
