Consumer Cellular - No voice mail service in October

I am also in North Carolina and have had no voice mail service in October. 2 calls to consumer Cellular tell me just to keep trying back every few days because AT&T is working on their towers. I am paying Consumer Cellular for a full package and they are not delivering. I am going to search for other carriers that do not use AT&T cell towers. In this day of the technology we have, this should not be an issue.

What is going on. So many complaints. Am being told it’s a sims card issue with AT&T. If so why can’t it be fixed. Only getting part of the service you pay for. No problem with my old phone just the new one I just got. Why wasn’t I told of this problem when I called about exchanging the phone. Always been satisfied with Cc but not anymore. Guess I will have to go back with us cellular if not soon fixed. In North Carolina.

Voice Mail can not be retrieved. Recorded message says "No service available. Good-bye." No going on two weeks.

have called service help line 5 times, with no progress to resolve my problem, last time was told it was AT&T problem. I pay consumer cellular for my service, so it is a consumer cellular problem and they should take the responsibly to get it resolved quickly.

Consumer Cellular in Wilmington, North Carolina - Voicemail not working

I called cc and i was told that at&t plus tmobile both of their voicemails shut down at the same time. Now my wifes voicemails works but mine doesn't. They said that its hitting sporadically. I was told that theirs nothing they can do its AT&T problem. So the advice that I got was to keep checking my voicemail. They also sent a letter to AT&T letting them know what the problem is.

We have lost voicemail service on our two phones for more than two weeks. The could not resolve my problems after 5 calls. Now, they simply do not answer my call at all.

Same problem here. The customer service "Supervisor" had not clue as to why the voicemail was down or when it could be restored.

Some here doesn't feel right. After several days of no voicemail someone should at least have an estimated fix time on this.
