Do not use service | Consumer Cellular review

Father passed away in July and I had his mail forwarded to me to make sure all creditors were notified. Sent them a copy of the death certificate along with small estate statement that showed zero assets and discontinued service. They continue to send billing after I informed them of these facts. Going to contact the BBB and consult an attorney to stop what I see as harassment over a #32.00 bill

They lured me in, then refused to activate account. Everyone I spoke to was an outright fool/fraud, totally unconcerned and lacking in fundamental knowledge about what he/she was doing. Pathetic and defensive.

New Customer | Consumer Cellular review

Recently transfer my service from Cricket Wireless to Consumer Cellular wireless. I ordered S10+. I decided to save money with re certified phone. when I received my phone, I noticed it was a open box phone. No Samsung packaging, and no manual. Also price at Samsung website of new S10+ is $749, I paid $850. Wow I only save $50 for re certified phone? That is not right, I could have new unlocked phone for $749.
